🔺 Looking To Rebound. South Carolina plays No. 17 Arkansas on the road tonight at 9 p.m. on the SEC Network. The Gamecocks, coming off a close loss to Georgia, are 1-1 in true road games this season. Arkansas, also seeking a rebound from a loss to Auburn, owns a perfect 10-0 home record and the No. 15 scoring offense in the nation. The Gamecocks are looking for their second-straight win at Bud Walton Arena, dating back to the 2023-24 season.

🔺 Dream Chasing. Gamecock softball senior Jamie Mackay loves all diamond sports. Outside of softball, she has played for the United States Women’s National Baseball Team and aspires to work in Major League Baseball. Drafted by Los Angeles in the Women’s Professional Baseball League, Mackay values her experience with Team USA and wants to work in a front office or player development role in baseball after her softball career. For now, she’s gearing up for her first season in Garnet & Black.

🔺 Report Card. University of South Carolina student-athletes achieved a departmental GPA of 3.51 for Fall 2025, marking the 38th consecutive semester with a GPA above 3.0. A total of 26 Gamecocks graduated after the fall semester. This success is attributed to the dedication of student-athletes, academic services staff, and the support of Gamecock Club members.
