🔺 Got ‘Em Back. The second-ranked women’s basketball team got revenge for their only loss of the season, beating No. 4 Texas 68-65. Joyce Edwards led the Gamecocks with 14 points and eight rebounds, while Raven Johnson dished six assists. Five Gamecocks finished the night scoring in double figures. Defense was the name of the game as Texas recorded 22 turnovers to South Carolina’s 20. The Gamecocks will play at Coppin State on Sunday at noon. The game will stream on ESPN+.

🔺 On The Road, Again. South Carolina men’s basketball will continue their SEC road trip this weekend. They’ll play at Auburn tomorrow at 6 p.m. on the SEC Network. Both teams are looking to bounce back from road losses.
