🔺 White Out Wednesday. Gamecock men’s basketball hosts No. 19 Florida tonight at 9 p.m. on the SEC Network. It’s a whiteout at CLA, so wear your favorite white Gamecock apparel! The first 1,500 students will receive a Cockpit jersey and the first 250 will get free Dave’s Hot Chicken.

🔺 Lock Down Defense. Two Gamecocks were named to the 2026 Naismith Women’s College Defensive Player of the Year watch list! Joyce Edwards and Raven Johnson make South Carolina one of three schools with multiple selections.

🔺 Nation On Notice. Gamecock distance runner Jaouad Khchina has been named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week! He set a new program record in the 1000m at the Orange & Purple Invite with a time of 2:17.36, the second-fastest mark in collegiate history.

🔺 Amped Up. Junior pitcher Amp Phillips, a transfer from USC Upstate, aims to make a name for himself on the diamond. He believes in his abilities and is confident he can compete at the highest level, citing his strong performance against Clemson last year. Phillips, who started pitching in his junior year of high school, is excited to play in front of Carolina fans and win for them.
