Tailgate Talks: Darian Stewart - A leader in one of Coach Spurrier's first recruiting classes at Carolina, Darian Stewart set the tone on and off the field for the Gamecocks during his time in Columbia. From the birth of Sandstorm in 2009 versus Ole Miss to his 10-year NFL career that produced a Super Bowl ring, D-Stew had quite the football journey. On this episode of Tailgate Talks, DiMarco and Garcia sit down with one of their favorite defensive teammates to look back at it all.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Chomp ‘Em. The 23rd-ranked women’s soccer team returns to Stone Stadium tonight to host Florida at 7 p.m. Bring non-perishable goods for the Gamecock Community Shop! It’s the annual Pink Game, so wear pink and you’ll get tickets for just $3. The first 750 fans will receive pink rally towels. It’s also double points night for students!

🔺 Familiar Faces. The men’s basketball team will host Coach Lamont Paris’ alma mater, The College of Wooster, for an exhibition game on October 30. Tip is set for 7 p.m. and admission is free. Derek Scott and Casey Manning will provide an internet broadcast of the game.
