A junior transfer, Hank Purvis, came to Columbia to help rebuild this year's new-look offensive line. He sits down with Brad Muller to talk about why he chose Carolina, the early success in the run game, and how he spends his time off the field.

🔺 Swamp Statement. Gamecock quarterback LaNorris Sellers accounted for five touchdowns as South Carolina beat No. 16 Florida 38-19 in Gainesville on Saturday. He threw for 279 yards and four touchdowns, connecting with Nyck Harbor, Mazeo Bennett Jr., Donovan Murph, and Lex Cyrus in the endzone, and added another touchdown on the ground. Vicari Swain and Justin Okoronkwo had interceptions, while Dylan Stewart forced two fumbles.

🔺 Ortiz Delivers. No. 9 South Carolina men’s soccer downed Kentucky 1-0 behind Cristian Ortiz’s winning goal, scored just 59 seconds after play resumed following a lightning delay. The victory moved Carolina to 8-1-2 overall. Keep the momentum going tonight when Columbia College visits at 7 p.m.
