The Story - Brotherly Love. You've heard Coach Beamer constantly preach about love in his program. Well, it's not just for show. This Gamecock football team truly cares for each other, and it starts in the quarterback room. With LaNorris Sellers out, transfers Robby Ashford and Davis Beville stepped in as the signal callers against Akron and took care of business. While these three might be battling for snaps every single day, when the lights turn on, they know their brothers are behind them. Go inside the quarterback room and see how competition and common goals have led to a love only known by brothers.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Onto The Next. Gamecock football fell to No. 12 Ole Miss on Saturday, 27-3. TJ Sanders led the defense with nine tackles, while Judge Collier had three pass breakups. The Gamecocks rushed for 151 yards and LaNorris Sellers threw for 162. They’ll prepare to play at Alabama next weekend.

🔺 Down To The Wire. The 24th-ranked women’s soccer team finished Friday night in a 1-1 draw at Vanderbilt. Katie Shea Collins scored the game-tying goal in the final minute. She now has the second-most goals on the team with six.

🔺 Fifth Place Finish. The cross country team finished the 2024 Live in Lou Classic in fifth place! Teresa Cherotic led the way for the Gamecocks, finishing in seventh place with the third-fastest 5K time in program history. They’ll finish the regular season on October 18 at the Crimson Classic in Alabama.
