🏟️ WILLIAMS-BRICE REIMAGINED

It's an exciting time to be a Gamecock for plenty of reasons, but high on that list for many people is the massive renovation project set to get underway at Williams-Brice Stadium. One of the nation's best venues is about to get even better! Brad Muller sits down with Senior Deputy Athletics Director Jeff Crane to explain the plans, give fans an update, and answer some questions. 📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Perfect Game. No. 2 Gamecock women’s basketball defeated Bowling Green 114-47 on Friday night! Joyce Edwards led the way with 24 points, while Medina Okot posted a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Seven Gamecocks scored in double figures. They’ll host Clemson tomorrow at 6 p.m.

🔺 Meechie Madness. Gamecock men’s basketball rallied to beat Southern Miss 83-79 in overtime last night! Meechie Johnson scored 14 of his career-high 33 points in the final 3:39 of regulation to carry South Carolina to overtime. He hit four 3-pointers in a row, then made two free throws with five seconds remaining to tie the game. Eli Ellis scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds off the bench. The Gamecocks will host Presbyterian on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

🔺 Party Like It’s 1985. The 17th-ranked women’s swimming and diving team defeated No. 14 North Carolina for the first time since 1985! Amy Riordan set a new pool record, winning the 200 backstroke. She also helped the Gamecocks to a victory in the 200 medley relay. Jordan Agliano won her fourth 200 butterfly of the season.

🔼 Shine Bright. Two Gamecock men’s soccer players earned All-Sun Belt honors! Ethan Ballek was named to the All-Sun Belt Second Team after leading the South Carolina offense in every category, scoring eight goals with four assists and 20 points. Matthew DeJianne was named to the All-Freshman Team, the first Gamecock to earn the freshman honor since 2021.
