Gamecocks Access. Major upsets, national attention, and an improved team. The 2024 season may be one to remember for Vanderbilt, but the Gamecocks were happy to play spoiler in Nashville. Another dominant defensive performance paired with an explosive rushing attack led South Carolina to a 28-7 SEC road win. Here's Todd Ellis and Tommy Suggs on the call from Music City!

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Terrific Trio. Three Gamecocks earned SEC Player of the Week honors after beating No. 24 Vanderbilt. Rocket Sanders was named SEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week after scoring three total touchdowns and 178 yards of total offense. LaNorris Sellers earned Freshman of the Week for the second-straight week. He threw for 238 yards and two touchdowns. Torricelli Simpkins III was named Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week after leading a line that produced 452 yards of offense on 63 plays.

🔺 Back At It. The men’s basketball team takes the court tonight inside Colonial Life Arena! They’ll host Towson at 7 p.m. on SEC Network+. The two teams have only met twice, the last time being in 1997. The Gamecocks are coming off an 86-64 win over SC State on Friday.

🔺 Let’s Dance. The 14th-ranked women’s soccer team will play in the 2024 NCAA Tournament! The Gamecocks earned the No. 3 seed and will host East Carolina in the first round of the tournament. They’ll play on Friday at 6 p.m.

🔺 Holiday Spirit. Get ready for the holiday with the Gamecocks! The Making Spirits Bright Holiday Pop-Up Experience at Williams-Brice Stadium presented by Coca-Cola will run for five nights in December! Willy-B will be decked out with festive decorations, light shows, and more. Guests are encouraged to bring canned goods and/or toiletries for the Gamecock CommUnity Shop.
