🔺 Jet Speed. Gamecock punt returner Vicari Swain has been named a Jet Award finalist! The award honors the most outstanding return specialist in college football. Swain has returned three punts for touchdowns. He ranks sixth nationally with 16.8 yards per return and has 302 total return yards.

🔺 All-American Girl. South Carolina cross country standout Salma Elbadra earned All-American status by placing 28th at the NCAA Championship. She is the second All-American in program history, joining Judy Kosgei.
