🔺 Viva, Las Vegas. The second-ranked women’s basketball team is spending the holiday week at the Players Era Women’s Championship in Las Vegas! They’ll start the week today when they play Duke at 4:30 p.m. on truTV.

🔺 That’s Our Guy. South Carolina associate head coach/special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis has been nominated for the Broyles Award! The award honors college football’s top assistant coaches. DeCamillis had a complete rebuild of the special teams unit. The group has been highlighted by return man Vicari Swain, who leads the nation with three punt returns for touchdowns.

🔺 Academic Excellence. Six South Carolina men’s soccer players were named to the 2025 Academic All-District Team — Ethan Ballek, Andrew Goldsworthy, Mika Habel, William Nilsson, Alejandro Velazquez-Lopez, and Isaiah Whittaker-Francis. Ballek and Velazquez-Lopez will advance to the national ballot for Academic All-America honors.
