The Story. You won't keep 'em off the field in Columbia! A potentially defining moment of the 2024 season, Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks get over the hump against a top-10 SEC foe in emphatic fashion. Leaving no doubt, the Garnet & Black were clicking on all phases, with their offensive line leading the way.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Music City Matchup. Gamecock football heads to Nashville, Tennessee on a mission to become bowl-eligible. They’ll play No. 24 Vanderbilt at 4:15 p.m. tomorrow on SEC Network. South Carolina sits 5-3 overall, 3-3 in SEC play, while the Commodores are 6-3 overall and 3-2 in conference play.

🏆 Kyle Kennard was named a semifinalist for the 2024 Lombardi Award! He ranks among the nation’s leaders in sacks and tackles for loss.

🔺 One More Game. The Gamecocks are headed to the SEC Tournament Championship! The women’s soccer team upset top-seeded Mississippi State last night, 3-0. Brianna Behm scored two of Carolina’s three goals. Cat Barry scored the other. This was the first win ever against the No. 2 team in the country for the Gamecocks.

They’ll play Texas on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

🔺 We’re Hosting. The South Carolina swim team will host Queens today at 2 p.m. Admission to the Carolina Natatorium is free! Meanwhile, the dive team will compete at UNCW at 2 p.m. The Gamecocks have had a two-week hiatus and look to come back strong.

🔺 Our State. The men’s basketball team is back in action tonight! They’ll host SC State at 7 p.m. Fans at home can stream on SEC Network+. The Gamecocks are looking for their first win after dropping the season opener on Monday.

🔺 Cocks In Charlotte. The top-ranked women’s basketball team will play No. 9 NC State in the Ally Tipoff in Charlotte, North Carolina! Tipoff is Sunday at 3 p.m. on ESPN. The Gamecocks defeated Michigan in the season opener on Monday.
