Black Magic: The Story of the 1984 Gamecocks - Part 4: Everlasting Resolution 

In the final act of Black Magic, the Gamecocks rally from a crushing loss to Navy and a 21-3 hole against Clemson to end the regular season on a high note. Part four of Black Magic wraps up the series with a peek at the years that followed, the untimely passing of Coach Joe Morrison, and a look at how that '84 season changed everything.

🔺 Twinning. Gamecock men’s basketball downed SC State 95-70 last night. Myles Stute and Mike Sharavjamts both scored 15 points each. The Gamecock bench scored 48 points, playing a major role in the win. South Carolina will return to action on Dec. 30, hosting Albany.

🔺 New Addition. Gamecock women’s basketball has signed Alicia Tournebize, a 6-foot-7 forward from France. She will join the squad after the holiday break. Tournebize, who has played for Tango Bourges Basket and represented France in FIBA competitions, is the daughter of Isabelle Fijalkowski, a former Colorado and WNBA player.
