Tailgate Talks: Dylan Thompson. Often called one of the most underrated players to ever come through Carolina, he owns the single-season passing record and carried the torch in the post-Garcia and Shaw days. Dylan Thompson will go down as one of the best signal-callers in Gamecock history. Now working with the Commanders in the NFL, he takes a break for a tailgate session with the boys.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Bowl Week Begins. Gamecock football will travel to Orlando, Florida on Thursday to prepare for the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl! There will be various team events and practices throughout the week. The agenda includes an NBA game, Universal Studios, Citrus Bowl Day for Kids, and more. Gamecock Walk will take place at Camping World Stadium at 1:05 p.m. on December 31.

🔺 RUN CMB. The SEC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week is Gamecock Collin Murray-Boyles! He averaged 18.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 3.0 blocks, and 1.0 steals per game last week. He leads the conference in field goal percentage, shooting 70% last week and going a perfect 9-for-9 at the charity stripe.
