📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Opening Day. It’s Opening Day in South Carolina! Baseball season begins as the Gamecocks host Northern Kentucky. The Gamecocks will play a doubleheader today beginning at 1 p.m. with an Opening Weekend rally towel giveaway. They’ll play at 2 p.m. tomorrow to conclude the series. Tomorrow’s fans will receive a themed Valentine card giveaway. All three games will air on the SEC Network.

🔺 Playing Host. The 16th-ranked Gamecock softball team will host the Carolina Classic this weekend! They’ll take on Louisville today at 1:30 p.m., followed by a matchup against Boston University. Tomorrow, the Gamecocks will play Boston University at 3 p.m., followed by a game against Kennesaw State. All games will stream on SEC Network+.

🔺 Love & Basketball. A big matchup awaits for Gamecock women’s basketball! The third-ranked Gamecocks will play at No. 6 LSU tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. on ABC. It’s the first and only regular-season matchup between the two squads.

🔺 Back At It. Looking for some Valentine’s plans? Gamecock men’s basketball will host Alabama tomorrow night! Tipoff is set for 8:30 p.m. on the SEC Network. The Gamecocks look to bounce back from a loss to Missouri, while the Crimson Tide comes off a win over Ole Miss.

🔺 More Than The Game. Former Gamecock John Abraham will receive the inaugural Herschel Walker Award for completing his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina. The award, presented by the Maxwell Football Club, celebrates perseverance and a commitment to education, highlighting Abraham’s dedication to completing his degree despite a successful All-Pro NFL career. The award will be presented at the 89th Maxwell Awards Gala on Mar. 14.
