Streaming Tomorrow: Tailgate Talks: Michael Roth - Get ready for a series of star-studded Gamecock baseball guests joining the tailgate! Stephen Garcia and Patrick DiMarco may have made their names on the gridiron, but they just happen to be classmates with some of the biggest names in South Carolina baseball history. Up first is a guy who toed the rubber under the brightest lights time and again: Michael Roth. Stay tuned for episodes with Christian Walker and Ray Tanner in the coming weeks!

🔺 Top-10 Te-Hina. Women’s basketball senior Te-Hine Paopao was named one of the Top 10 candidates for the 2025 Nancy Lieberman Award! Last season, she was one of five finalists for the award that honors the top point guard in women’s NCAA DI college basketball. Fans can participate in Fan Voting on Friday at HoopHallAwards.com.

🔺 On Watch. Men’s basketball’s Collin Murray-Boyles was named one of 50 players to the 2024-25 Oscar Robertson Trophy Midseason Watch List! He’s one of three players in Power Five conferences to average at least 15 points, eight rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block per game while shooting above 50% from the floor. He leads the Gamecocks in points, rebounds, steals, and blocks per game. He also leads the conference in field goal percentage.

🔺 Yeah, Bo. Three Gamecock men’s golfers competed at the Thomas Sharkey Individual Collegiate over the weekend! Bo Carpenter finished tied for 18th to lead the trio, recording his third career top-20 finish in 13 events played. Ismael Encinas tied for 33rd and Emil Elkjær Peterson tied for 49th. The team will open the spring season next week at the Puerto Rico Classic.

🔺 Going Through Changes. Gamecock softball transfer Quincee Lilio brings a winning attitude to South Carolina after winning three national championships at Oklahoma. She is thriving in her new role, as she moved from infield to outfield, and embracing the team’s welcoming environment. Her faith and determination have played a key role in overcoming personal losses and embracing new opportunities. You’ll see Lilio and the Gamecocks in action in just a few days!
