Tailgate Talks: Michael Roth - Get ready for a series of star-studded Gamecock baseball guests joining the tailgate! Stephen Garcia and Patrick DiMarco may have made their names on the gridiron, but they just happen to be classmates with some of the biggest names in South Carolina baseball history. Up first is a guy that toed the rubber under the brightest lights time and again: Michael Roth. Stay tuned for episodes with Christian Walker and Ray Tanner in the coming weeks!

COMING SOON: The Follow: Gamecock Baseball - Season 3 - The Gamecocks+ docuseries, "The Follow," is returning for a third season with Gamecock baseball as the Paul Mainieri era gets underway. Let us take you inside the program all season long as the legendary coach tries to lead the Gamecocks back to Omaha in his first season in Columbia. Episode one is set to premiere this month!

🔺 Down To Georgia. The second-ranked women’s basketball team plays at Georgia tonight at 6 p.m. on SEC Network+. The Gamecock bench has outscored an opponent’s starters 11 times this season, including three ranked teams. The Bulldogs currently sit last in the SEC as they ride a six-game losing streak.

🔺 It’s Time. Softball season is here! South Carolina will host a handful of teams in the Gamecock Invitational this weekend. They’ll kick off the season against Virginia today at 6 p.m. on SEC Network+. Fans can purchase tickets here.

🔺 Another Nod. Gamecock baseball’s Ethan Petry has been named Preseason All-SEC first team by the league’s head coaches! This is the second-straight year he has earned a Preseason All-SEC honor. He enters the season tied for fifth in Gamecock history with 44 total home runs.

🔺 Springing Into Action. The third-ranked women’s golf team finished fourth at the Therese Hession Regional Challenge to start the spring season! Hannah Darling led the team as she tied for 13th. Sophia Burnett tied for 15th, while Louise Rydqvist placed 18th.
