🔺 Stage Is Set. It’s SEC Tournament time for Gamecock men’s basketball! South Carolina will take on Oklahoma tonight at 9:30 p.m. on the SEC Network. The Gamecocks closed the regular season with a win over Ole Miss.

🔺 Clean Sweep. The 18th-ranked women’s golf team won the Shootout at Wachesaw by four shots, shooting 573 (-3). Junior Vai Hack won the individual title, shooting 137 (-7), while sophomore Eila Galitsky and junior Maylis Lamoure finished in the top-10.

🔺 Shooters Shoot. South Carolina senior Ta’Niya Latson is a finalist for the 2026 Ann Meyers-Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Award. Latson, who earned All-SEC Second Team honors this season, is known for her scoring and efficiency, averaging 20.6 points and 3.8 assists per game over her college career.

🔺 A+ Human. Emily Beamer, wife of USC football coach Shane Beamer, will receive the 2025 Humanitarian of the Year award from the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame. Beamer is recognized for her support of the Gamecock football program and her community service through the Beamer Family Foundation, which focuses on educational and medical needs for children in Richland County.
