Women's basketball gears up for the postseason, the men's team bids farewell to their seniors, and spring football is rocking and rolling. We'll have all that plus a sit-down interview with a three-time SEC champion diver on this week's edition of Gamecock Insider.

🔺 Among The Best. South Carolina’s Joyce Edwards was named to the All-America Second Team by USA Today and ESPN. Edwards, the Gamecocks’ leading scorer, ranks fourth in the SEC and 22nd in the nation in scoring. Raven Johnson earned All-America Honorable Mention from USA Today.

🔺 Early Ending. No. 23 South Carolina defeated Coastal Carolina 12-2 in a five-inning run-rule victory. Eight Gamecocks recorded hits, led by Karley Shelton’s three-for-four performance with three RBIs. Emma Friedel earned the win, throwing three shutout innings and striking out two.

🔺 That’s A Wrap. The Gamecock men’s basketball season came to a close at the SEC Tournament last night. Oklahoma beat South Carolina 86-74 in the first round. Kobe Knox led Carolina with 20 points, while Mike Sharavjamts added 19.

🔺 Trip To Texas. The No. 22 South Carolina women’s tennis team takes a trip to Texas! They’ll play at No. 9 Texas today at 3 p.m. Kaitlyn Carnciella and Helena Buchwald are ranked in singles, while Lauren Friedman and Buchwald, and Friedman and Sara Borkop are ranked in doubles.

🔺 Watch Party. South Carolina women’s basketball will watch the NCAA Tournament Selection Show at the Columbia Museum of Art on Sunday! The event features a DJ, a strolling magician, and games.
