📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Terrific Trio. South Carolina women’s basketball has three Associated Press All-Americans for the second consecutive season. Joyce Edwards is a second-team selection, Raven Johnson earned third-team honors, and Ta’Niya Latson received honorable mention. The Gamecocks will open the NCAA Tournament on Saturday against the winner of Southern and Samford.

🔺 Out Of The Gate. The No. 21 South Carolina softball team defeated Georgia Southern 13-3 in five innings last night. The Gamecocks started strong, scoring eight runs in the first inning and added four more in the second, led by Karley Shelton and Quincee Lilio who finished the night with multiple hits.

🔺 Big Four. Four Gamecock swimmers earned Second Team All-American status in the 800-yard freestyle at the NCAA Women’s Championship. The team will compete again today in various events.

🔺 Ranked Matchups. The No. 24 South Carolina women’s tennis team will host No. 4 Auburn and No. 17 Florida this weekend. The Gamecocks will welcome back alumni ranging from 1974 to 2024 all weekend long. They host No. 4 Auburn tonight at 5 p.m.

🔺 We Outside. South Carolina track & field will compete in the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Conway today. The Gamecocks, sending 31 athletes, will compete against teams like UNC Wilmington, Coastal Carolina, and UConn. This will be the first outdoor meet of the 2026 season and a scored event.
