🔺 Just Dance. South Carolina women’s basketball begins its NCAA Tournament journey tomorrow! They’ll host 16-seed Southern at 1 p.m. on ABC. The Southern Jaguars defeated Samford yesterday to advance into the first round.

🔺 Covering All The Bases. South Carolina women’s basketball players Joyce Edwards and Raven Johnson, along with coach Dawn Staley, are semifinalists for the Naismith Trophy, Naismith Defensive Player of the Year, and Naismith Coach of the Year awards, respectively. Edwards is also a finalist for the Katrina McClain Power Forward of the Year Award, while Johnson is a finalist for the Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Award.

🔺 Award Winners. South Carolina track & field earned three USTFCCCA Southeast Regional accolades. Head Coach Tim Hall was named Men’s Coach of the Year, distance coach Brock Moreaux was named Women’s Assistant Coach of the Year, and sophomore sprinter Josiah Wrice earned Men’s Track Athlete of the Year.

🔺 Hanging At Home. The 21st-ranked softball team will stay home this weekend to host No. 22 LSU. The series begins tonight at 6 p.m., continues tomorrow at 3 p.m., and concludes on Sunday at 1 p.m. All three games will stream on SEC Network+.

🔺 SEC Home Opener. Gamecock baseball hosts its SEC home opening series this weekend! No. 4 Arkansas comes to town with first pitch set for 7 p.m. tonight. All three games will stream on SEC Network+.

🔺 Beachin’. No. 20 South Carolina beach volleyball will compete in the March to May Tournament in Birmingham, Alabama. The Gamecocks will face UAB, North Alabama, and Austin Peay over the weekend.
