🔺 Oh, So Sweet. No. 4 South Carolina women’s basketball beat Southern Cal 101-61 in last night’s second round of the NCAA Tournament. Raven Johnson scored her 1,000th point as a Gamecock in her final game at CLA. Joyce Edwards led the Gamecocks with 23 points, adding 10 rebounds. Madina Okot also recorded a double-double with 15 points and rebounds. South Carolina will play No. 10 Oklahoma in the Sweet 16 on Saturday in Sacramento, California.

🔺 Big League Ball. South Carolina baseball will play North Carolina at Truist Park in Charlotte, Home of the Charlotte Knights. First pitch is tonight at 6:30 p.m. on ACC Network Extra. The Gamecocks start the week looking to build off a Sunday win over No. 4 Arkansas.

🔺 Strong Start. The South Carolina track & field team competed in the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational to open the outdoor season over the weekend. The women’s team finished as runners-up, winning five events and achieving nine personal bests. The men’s team placed seventh, securing three wins.
