Tailgate Talks: Travian Robertson — It's an '07 recruiting class reunion on the tailgate this week as T-Rob - ah em - Coach T-Rob sits down with his former teammates. The guys share stories from their days in Bates West, chat about the keys to the success they had, and share why they think the current Gamecock football team is showing a lot of similarities.

🔺 Life Is Sweet. It’s Sweet 16 time for Gamecock women’s basketball! They’ll play No. 18 Maryland in the Birmingham at 5 p.m. on ESPN. This will be South Carolina’s 16th game against a ranked opponent this season, tying for the most in program history.

🔺 Weekend Warriors. Get ready for an exciting weekend at Founders Park because No. 1 Tennessee is comin’ to town! First pitch is tonight at 7 p.m. and the first 1,000 fans will receive a rally towel. Tomorrow is Game Show Night and the first 500 fans will get a free t-shirt. Bring the family on Sunday because kids run the bases postgame!

🔺 More Than A Game. The 10th-ranked softball team is headed to the Bayou to take on No. 3 LSU! This weekend is the SEC’s All For Alex weekend, honoring the legacy of Mississippi State’s Alex Wilcox. Her courageous battle with ovarian cancer inspired the nation before taking her life in 2018. All SEC teams will wear teal uniforms or teal accents tomorrow. Tonight and tomorrow’s games will air on the SEC Network and Sunday’s game will be on ESPN2.

🔺 Go Time. The four-seed equestrian team will face Auburn in the SEC Championship semifinals today at 3 p.m. The Gamecocks look to win their third SEC Championship, having previously won back-to-back titles in 2013 and 2014. The Tigers have won the last six SEC titles.

🔺 Diggin’ The Dessert. South Carolina beach volleyball returns to action after a bye week, traveling to Arizona for matches against UTEP, Grand Canyon, Washington, and Arizona State. The Gamecocks went 3-1 at home last time they were in action!
