🔺 Chasing A Championship. No. 4 seed South Carolina equestrian will take on No. 5 seed SMU in the first round of the 2026 NCEA National Championship today at 8:30 a.m. Fans can stream the meet on ESPN+.

🔺 Haul Of Honors. Senior Sophie Verzyl and diving coach Juan Estevez earned SEC honors, with Verzyl winning SEC Diver of the Year and Estevez winning SEC Dive Coach of the Year. Verzyl also received All-SEC First Team recognition, while Einar Agustsson was named to the All-Freshman Team.

🔺 Journey Begins. The No. 13 South Carolina men’s tennis team will play in the SEC Championships today at 3:00 p.m. against No. 25 Ole Miss.

🔺 Academic Weapon. South Carolina women’s basketball sophomore Joyce Edwards earned a spot on the 2026 College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Second Team. Edwards, an environmental science major with a GPA over 3.7, is the fourth Gamecock to achieve this honor and the first since 2023.

🔺 Roll Call. South Carolina had 77 student-athletes named to the 2025-26 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll, tying for the most in the conference with Georgia. This brings South Carolina’s total to 205 for the 2025-26 academic year, leading all SEC schools.

🔺 Team Bonding. Men’s golfer Frankie Harris led South Carolina with a T-3rd individual finish at the Ford Collegiate, firing a career-low 199 (-11) with a final round 65 (-5). The Gamecocks finished 10th overall in a strong field, tying for the lead in par-3 scoring average.
