🔺 Talk Soon. The SEC Football Kickoff Media Days will be held in Tampa, Florida from July 20-23. This will be the first time Tampa hosts the event, which will be broadcast on the SEC Network. Coach Shane Beamer will take the stage on Tuesday, July 21.

🔺 Early Start. The weekend begins tonight for South Carolina baseball! They’ll start a three-game series at Missouri at 8 p.m. on ESPNU. The Gamecocks look to bounce back from a midweek loss to College of Charleston.

🔺 Forever Family. The NCAA denied South Carolina’s waiver for Madina Okot, confirming her eligibility exhaustion. Okot, a top center, ranked third nationally in double-doubles and excelled in rebounding, contributing significantly to the Gamecocks’ success.

🔺 Big Three. South Carolina football’s Luke Doty, Brady Hunt, and William Joyce were named to the 2026 NFF Hampshire Honor Society. The society recognizes football players with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, celebrating its 20th anniversary with a record 2,596 honorees.
