🔺 Tourney Tee Time. Gamecock men’s golf begins its NCAA Tournament run today! They’ll tee off at the NCAA Columbus Regional as the No. 7 seed. The top-five teams from each regional site will advance to the NCAA Championships.

🔺 Top-Four Finish. South Carolina women’s track and field turned in its highest SEC Outdoor Championship finish in nearly two decades, placing fourth at the conference meet for its best result since 2006. The Gamecock women recorded a total of 62 points throughout the weekend, including 52 points in Saturday’s finale. Salma Elbadra and Akala Garrett secured two gold medals for the Garnet & Black as well as 20 points. Elbadra won gold in the 1500m, while Garrett won the 400m hurdles with the second fastest time in program history (54.02).

 🔺 Softball setback. South Carolina softball concluded its season in the Los Angeles Regional this weekend. The Gamecocks defeated Cal State Fullerton 7-4 in the opener, and again 4-2 on Saturday, but fell to the host and fifth-ranked UCLA Bruins twice. South Carolina concluded the season 32-28.
