🔺 Round One Complete. The South Carolina men’s golf team is currently tied for ninth at the NCAA Columbus Regional. The Gamecocks shot 14-over-par on day one and sit five strokes back of fifth place. The top five teams of each regional move on to the NCAA Championships. Redshirt-senior Frankie Harris led the squad with a one-over 72 on day one; he is tied for 11th individually. The Gamecocks are back on the course today and will tee off at 8:25 a.m.

🔺 Tourney Time. South Carolina baseball heads south to Hoover, Ala. for day one of the SEC Baseball Tournament. The Gamecocks will face Tennessee in the opening round this afternoon. Brandon Stone (5-4, 4.64 ERA) is slated to start for South Carolina. First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on the SEC Network.

The schedule is highlighted by one home tournament, three ACC matchups, and two Big Ten opponents. “We know that this schedule will challenge us and prepare us for SEC play,” Coach Sarah Rumely Noble said.
