🎥 Gamecock Talk: Carol Gwin

All she does is win! In just two years as the head coach of South Carolina's equestrian program, Carol Gwin won an SEC title and now has a national championship trophy to go with it! That makes it three of the past four national titles that Gwin has claimed, after back-to-back championships at SMU in 2023 and 2024. Brad Muller sits down with the decorated coach to talk about her fast start in Columbia, her plans for One Wood Farm, and her goals for the future.

🔺 Final Round Ready. South Carolina men’s golf sits 11th at the NCAA Columbus Regional after 36 holes of action. The Gamecocks are 10 strokes back of fifth place. The top five teams will receive a ticket to the NCAA Championships. Frankie Harris is tied for 12th individually at three-over par. South Carolina begins round three at 8:55 a.m.

🔺 Accolades Acquired. Five South Carolina Track & Field athletes earned All-SEC honors on Tuesday afternoon. Salma Elbadra and Akala Garrett earned All-SEC First Team honors after securing gold at the SEC Championships. Tristen Harris was named to the All-SEC Second Team after a runner-up finish in the long jump. Alexis Brown and Jaouad Khchina secured third team accolades after bronze medal performances in the women’s 100m and men’s 1500m, respectively.

🔺 Barry’s Boot. Former South Carolina women’s soccer player Catherine Barry won the 2025-26 Gainbridge Super League Golden Boot Award. Barry led the league with 16 goals, four more than any other player. Her 16 goals set a league record along with her five braces.
