🎥 THE STORY

It's possibly the most thankless job in sports, but they're not in it for the glory, the notoriety, or the spotlight. The offensive line is scrutinized far more than it's praised, but to play this position, you have to be built differently. And different is exactly what this 2026 OL room looks like. From veteran transfers and a new coach to experienced returners and soon-to-be fathers, this offensive line is ready to turn the page and set the tone.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 How Sweet It Is. The Gamecocks are headed to the Supers! No. 13 South Carolina men’s tennis downed No. 16 Michigan State 4-1 to advance to the Sweet 16.

🔺 SEC Selections. Two Gamecock women’s golfers earned All-SEC honors! Vairana Heck and Eila Galitsky were named to the Second Team, marking the 34th and 35th All-SEC selections under Coach Kalen Anderson.

🔺 Climbing The Ladder. Gamecock track & field climbed the regional rankings after the East Coast Relays, securing six overall wins and five Top 10 program marks. Joslyn Hamilton won the women’s 100m hurdles with a personal best of 12.91. Josiah Wrice won the 400m and helped win the men’s 4×400m relay. JaMeesia Ford put herself in seventh in the East Regional with a win in the women’s 100m. Additionally, the women’s relay squads swept the competition.

🔺 Happy Retirement. South Carolina Senior Associate Athletics Director for Sports Medicine John Kasik announced his retirement after 19 years with the Gamecocks. He spent 22 years in the NFL, serving in various athletic training roles.
