The Follow: Resilience (S.1 Ep.3) - It’s not about how you start, and no one proved that more than the 2025 Gamecock softball team. When their backs were against the wall, they answered the bell time and again. Whether it was battling back to win a series or proving doubters wrong, that heart, grit, and resilience often started in the circle with ace Sam Gress.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Back On Track. Four South Carolina track & field athletes will compete in the USA Track & Field U20 Championships in Eugene, Oregon. The women’s team will be represented by Joslyn Hamilton and the men’s team by Devan Crumpton, Elijah Poore, and Josiah Wrice. Wrice and Crumpton will compete in the 400m dash tonight at 6:59 p.m. ET. Poore will race in the 3K steeplechase at 8:47 p.m. ET. Hamilton will compete in the 100m hurdles tomorrow.

🔺 SEC Slate. The 2025-26 men’s basketball SEC opponents have been announced! They’ll play Georgia, Florida, and LSU twice throughout the season. Eight of South Carolina’s nine home games will be against teams that made the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Conference play will begin on January 3.

🔺 Pow Pao. Former Gamecock Te-Hina Paopao is finding her groove in her rookie WNBA season! She tied her career-high with 16 points and added two steals on Tuesday night, earning Atlanta Dream’s Player of the Game.
