The Follow: Resilience (S.1 Ep.3) - It’s not about how you start, and no one proved that more than the 2025 Gamecock softball team. When their backs were against the wall, they answered the bell time and again. Whether it was battling back to win a series or proving doubters wrong, that heart, grit, and resilience often started in the circle with ace Sam Gress.

🔺 Young Guns. The future of Gamecock track was on display this past weekend in Eugene.
Not one, but ✌️ South Carolina stars brought home medals with Joslyn Hamilton leading the way, claiming the title in the 100m hurdles.
Josiah Wrice was the other Gamecock to medal, finishing with the bronze in the 400m.

🔺 Accolades Aplenty. More awards are heading to Columbia.
On Friday, the USTFCCCA announced its regional award winners with the Gamecocks bringing home a pair.
Head Coach Tim Hall, the Southeast Region Women’s Coach of the Year, and sophomore sprinter JaMeesia Ford, the Southeast Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year, secured outdoor regional recognition for the second consecutive season.

🔺 A Family Affair. It was another family affair for the Gamecocks this weekend as three former South Carolina hoops stars squared off when the Indiana Fever visited Golden State on Friday night.
In the game, Aliyah Boston notched her 29th career double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Laeticia Amihere poured in 10 points and grabbed three boards off the bench for Golden State.
