Gamecock Docs: George Rogers — In this documentary film hear the story of George Rogers from childhood to Heisman Trophy winner. Enjoy highlights from his career, and hear interviews from George, his teammates, university employees, local media, and more.

🔺 Pair Of Icons. Two Gamecocks will be inducted into the College Baseball Hall of Fame! Former pitcher Kip Bouknight and former coach Ray Tanner will be in the 2025 class. Bouknight is the winningest pitcher in Gamecock history with a career record of 45-12. He also holds the school record with 457 strikeouts. Coach Tanner led the Gamecocks for 16 years, winning two national championships.

🔺 In The Game. The release of EA Sports College Football 26 is just around the corner! The game day atmosphere looks as real as ever, with the 2001 entrance included. Check out what South Carolina’s entrance looks like in the game!

🔺 Reunited. Gamecock swimming & diving announced the addition of Tylor Mathieu as the new women’s assistant coach. Head coach Jeff Poppell coached Mathieu during their time at Florida. She served as the women’s assistant coach at Washington State last season.

🔺 Sticking Around. Colonial Life and the University of South Carolina have renewed their naming rights sponsorship for Colonial Life Arena through June 30, 2027. The partnership, spanning over 20 years, includes signage and promotional packages with the Gamecock athletics program.
