🔺 Hit The Lottery. Gamecock men’s basketball’s Collin Murray-Boyles will attend the NBA Draft as a green room invitee. He is the first player in program history to receive this invitation. Murray-Boyles had a standout season, averaging 16.8 points and 8.3 rebounds per game, and looks to become the 39th player drafted in program history. The draft begins tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC/ESPN from the Barclays Center.

🔺 Tuning In. Let’s check in on former Gamecocks in the MLB! Jonah Bride has been playing at third base for the Minnesota Twins after being traded in April. He has racked up 14 hits with a pair of doubles and three RBI. Carmen Mlodzinski was recalled to the Pittsburgh Pirates this month, pitching in three games since. Clarke Schmidt pitched seven hitless innings for the New York Yankees on Saturday, striking out five. Christian Walker has played in 75 games for the Houston Astros, scoring 32 runs, 10 doubles, 10 home runs, and 37 RBI.

🔺 Next Chapter. Cuban Olympic diver Juan Estevez has been named the South Carolina diving head coach! He previously served as the assistant diving coach at UNC, where he helped lead the team to a successful season, including multiple ACC and NCAA All-American honors. Estevez brings a wealth of experience, having coached at the collegiate and international levels, including for Team USA at the Junior World Championships.
