🔺 Talkin’ Season. South Carolina takes on SEC Media Day in Tampa today! Shane Beamer will take the stage at 2:55 p.m. and fans can watch the entire session on SEC Network+. He’ll be joined by Nyck Harbor, LaNorris Sellers, and Peyton Williams as they speak with different media members. SEC Network will have coverage all day.

🔺 Familiar Face. South Carolina baseball announced the hiring of Stuart Lake as the Director of Program Development/Camp Coordinator. He served as the program’s Director of Program Development during the second half of the 2026 season. He took on a dual role with his work at the Gamecock Club and he was an analyst on the Gamecock Sports Network from 2024 to halfway through 2026. Before those stints, he was an assistant coach for the Gamecocks from 1999-2002 and most recently from 2017-22.
