It's year six for Shane Beamer in Columbia, and the Gamecocks are ready for the 2026 season to get underway. South Carolina's head coach gives his insights on this year's team from SEC Media Days.

🔺 In Good Hands. Gamecock wide receiver Nyck Harbor has been nominated for the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team! The team recognizes football student-athletes who are making an impact through community service, academic achievement, and leadership. Harbor boasts a 3.54 cumulative GPA as a Public Health major. He supports a scholarship in his hometown of Washington, D.C., the Prince George’s County Walk to Cure Arthritis, charity golf events, hosts a youth football camp, and more.
