A Past to Remember, A Future to Build On — Check out this promotional video from the 1980s, hosted by Pat Summerall. The video takes an inside look at the program and contains a recap of the 1986 football season with numerous highlights from several games.

🔺 Summer Hoops. The NBA Summer League is over and the Gamecocks made their impact! A.J. Lawson averaged 18.5 points and 5.3 rebounds, while Collin Murray-Boyles averaged 10.5 points and 5.5 rebounds for the Toronto Raptors. GG Jackson scored 14 points and 5.3 rebounds per game with the Memphis Grizzlies.

🔺 Keep The Streak. The women’s tennis team was named an ITA All-Academic team for the 12th-straight year. Sarah Hamner, Olympe Lancelot, Anna Kantor, Helena Buchwald, Bella Bergkvist Larsson, Lauren Friedman, Jana Stojanova, and Anna Claire Roof were named ITA Scholar-Athletes.

The men’s team earned its 14th-straight ITA All-Academic team honor! Connor Thomson, Casey Hoole, Cole Henceroth, Paul Barbier Gazeu, Atakan Karahan, Gabe Avram, and Max Stenzer were named ITA Scholar-Athletes. The seven selections are the most for the Gamecocks since 2020.

🔺 Oh Captains, My Captains. The 2025 Gamecock women’s soccer captains are Tina Tsaousis and Gracie Falla! Tsaousis started at goalkeeper in every match last season, where she recorded 76 saves. Falla has earned All-SEC recognition all three seasons, plus was named the 2023 SEC Defender of the Year.
