🔺 Making Waves. Gamecock swimming and diving won 22 events and set four pool records in its season opener. The women’s team beat UNCW 250-50, while the men won 165-135.

🔺 The Real Columbia. No. 17 South Carolina women’s soccer remains undefeated in SEC play after beating Missouri 3-0. The victory extended South Carolina’s win streak to nine. Wynn Generally, Reagan Schubach, and Autumn Cayelli scored the Gamecock goals. They’ll play at Mississippi State on Friday.

🔺 Playing Host. South Carolina men’s golf will host the Bryan Bros Collegiate at Solina Golf Club. The field includes South Carolina, LSU, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Clemson, Michigan, and Louisville.

🔺 Tee Time at Tot Hill. Four Gamecock women’s golfers will compete as individuals at the Tot Hill Farm Invitational this morning. Yana Beeli and Nicole Koong will make their Carolina debuts as the group takes on 36 holes today before tomorrow’s final round.

🔺 Road Loss. South Carolina football lost to No. 8 Alabama 49-18 on the road. Matt Fuller had 112 yards on the ground, while LaNorris Sellers accounted for 257 total yards and connected with Nyck Harbor for a touchdown.
