🔼 Keep Watch. South Carolina senior Te-Hina Paopao is already making headlines in the Garnet & Black! Paopao landed on the Nancy Lieberman Award Preseason Watch List; the award is given every year to the best point guard in women’s D1 college hoops. Paopao, a transfer from Oregon and three-time All-Pac-12 selection, averaged 12.5 points on 42.0 percent shooting, including 38.0 percent from 3-point range.

🔼 Domination On The Mound. Jordan Montgomery was fantastic on the mound for the Texas Rangers in Game 1, pitching 6.1 scoreless innings to pick up the W. Montgomery is now the first pitcher in franchise history to post multiple scoreless starts in the postseason with at least six innings pitched. The best part? Both of those starts have been this season.

🔼 Battle For The Bonham. The time is set for South Carolina’s Halloween weekend clash with Texas A&M. The Gamecocks and Aggies will meet on the gridiron for the Bonham Trophy at 12:00pm ET on ESPN. The game marks South Carolina’s last regular season road battle of the season.

🔼 Take Me Out. Come on out to Founders Park this week for your chance to catch some fall ball! Gamecock baseball will scrimmage this afternoon at 4:00pm ET and tomorrow at 3:45pm ET. Scrimmages are free and open to the public!

🔼 Hoops For A Cause. Basketball and the chance to support a great cause? Grab your tickets to South Carolina men’s basketball’s exhibition game against Wofford on November 1 and you’ll help support Maui fire relief. Proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to those affected by the fires. Tickets are $10 each, with the option to purchase additional tickets to donate. Grab yours here.
