🔼 Stars & Stripes. South Carolina’s Gracie Falla was named to the 24-player roster for the U.S. Under-20 Women’s Youth National Team! It’s the first time Falla has been called up to the U-20 WYNT. The first training camp of 2024 will take place later this month in California, and is an early part of the process for the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

🔼 Wildcard Weekend. It’s playoff time in the NFL, and we’ve got your breakdown of which former Gamecocks will take part in the NFL postseason. Stephon Gilmore, Jalen Brooks, Rico Dowdle, and Israel Mukuamu will square off against Kingsley Enagbare and Keisean Nixon as the Cowboys host the Packers on Sunday. Melvin Ingram, Cam Smith, and the Dolphins will take on the Chiefs on Saturday, while Ernest Jones and the Rams battle it out with Detroit. Finally, Darius Rush and the Steelers are slated to take on the Bills.

Deebo Samuel, Javon Kinlaw and the 49ers, and Jadeveon Clowney and the Ravens will enjoy a first-round bye this weekend.

🔼 Coming Home. Former Gamecock LT Tolbert is back in the Garnet & Black! The shortstop, who signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 13th round of the 2018 MLB Draft, will work on Mark Kingston’s staff as a student assistant coach while finishing his degree.
