🔼 A National Star. As he closes in on a record-setting season in Columbia, Xavier Legette is in the national spotlight. Our superstar earned a spot on the list of 10 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award, which is given every season to the most outstanding receiver in the nation.

🔼 4-0. That’s an undefeated start for Gamecock women’s basketball! South Carolina beat South Dakota State, 78-38, at Colonial Life Arena last night behind 23 points and 10 rebounds from Kamilla Cardoso. Raven Johnson added a career-high 18, while MiLaysia Fulwiley, who looked like a human cheat code, posted 11 in the win.

🔼 Best In Conference. Jordan Strachan is the SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week! Strachan logged two sacks, including a strip sack with less than a minute to go, as South Carolina knocked off Kentucky, 17-14, on Saturday night. Strachan joins T.J. Sanders and Alex Huntley as the third Gamecock to win SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week this season!

🔼 Showed Up, Showed Out. Y’all did that! South Carolina women’s soccer finished the season best in the entire country in regular season attendance! Not only did the Gamecocks lead the nation in average attendance, but in total attendance, too!

🔼 MVP. B.J. Mack has made his presence felt in Columbia after transferring from Wofford. Mack earned MVP honors at the Arizona Tip-Off after South Carolina secured the tournament title over the weekend. And with a highlight reel like this one, it’s easy to see why!
