In the spirit of the New Year, let’s take a peek back at some of our favorite moments and memories as we say a final cheers and farewell to 2023.

• The Bond Inside The Booth: You've heard their voices over the airwaves every Saturday in the fall for about as long as you can remember. When you reminisce on some of the biggest moments in Gamecock history, they're right in the middle of it. Todd Ellis and Tommy Suggs are synonymous with South Carolina football, but you may not realize how much work goes into every production, or just how close these two broadcasters have truly become.

• Gamecocks Film Room: Breaking Down Ball: MiLaysia Fulwiley: The freshman phenom went viral in her first collegiate game ever, catching the attention of Magic Johnson and Kevin Durant. Whether it's the behind-the-back passes, the fantastic finishes, seemingly limitless shooting range, defense, or insane handles, MiLaysia Fulwiley is worth the price of admission.

• Gamecocks Film Room Featuring Aliyah Boston: Fresh off her record-breaking 73rd career double-double, star forward Aliyah Boston sat down in the Gamecocks Film Room as we took a look at how she dominated during her senior season.

• Gamecocks Film Room Featuring Meechie Johnson: For only the third time in program history, the Gamecocks went into Rupp Arena and came home with a win. Johnson stepped into the Film Room with us to talk about the historic win and break down his unforgettable performance.

• Small Town, Big Dreams: An original short film "Small Town, Big Dreams: Darius Rush’s Life Calling" tells the story of the Gamecock Football cornerback’s journey from Kingstree, SC – a town of only 3,000 – to the University of South Carolina and onto fulfilling his dream of making it to the NFL.

• Gamecocks Access: Top 5 Tennis Takedown: It was No. 5 vs No. 4 as the Ohio State Buckeyes traveled to Columbia to face the Gamecocks in a showdown of two of the best men's tennis programs in the nation. South Carolina turned in a dominating performance and achieved their highest ranking in program history after the win.

🔼 Finished With Fireworks. Gamecock men’s and women’s hoops ended 2023 with a bang, with the men’s squad routing Florida A&M, 94-62, while the women’ team took down East Carolina, 73-36. Kamilla Cardoso and MiLaysia Fulwiley paved the way for the women, each posting 12 points, while Collin Murray-Boyles’ 17 led the charge for the men.

South Carolina men’s basketball is off to a 12-1 start heading into 2024’s conference schedule, with an 8-0 mark at home. It’s the fifth straight win for the Gamecocks, who are 12-1 for the sixth time in program history.

🔼 Mocked Up. Could Xavier Legette be the next Gamecock taken in the first round of the NFL Draft? CBS’ Ryan Wilson’s latest mock draft certainly seems to think so. Wilson slates Legette to the Baltimore Ravens with the 32nd overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
