🔼 Coach Of The Year. Coach Paris did it again! A day after earning SEC Coach of the Year as voted on by the league’s coaches, Coach Paris became the first AP SEC Coach of the Year in South Carolina men’s basketball program history this week.

🔼 Fashion Forward. Laeticia Amihere is ready to give back. The former Gamecock star’s upcoming Courage in Couture is a fashion show fundraiser in Toronto designed to help build basketball courts in West Africa.

🔼 A Tuesday Win. South Carolina baseball picked up a midweek win at a neutral site yesterday, beating Georgia State, 4-3. Ethan Petry opened the scoring for South Carolina with an RBI single in the bottom of the first, then knotted the game at two in the fifth on a Ryan Bakes’ RBI. An inning later, the Gamecocks added two more and would hold on to post the win. Next up for South Carolina is SEC play with a three-game weekend series against Ole Miss.
