🔼 A Matinee. No, you’re not imagining it - Gamecock football is in the air! South Carolina will clash with Kentucky at 3:30pm ET on September 7 in Lexington in a nationally-televised battle on ABC. More game times and broadcast info for the upcoming season will be released soon.

🔼 In Between The Moments. MiLaysia Fulwiley made herself a household name during her freshman season with South Carolina women’s basketball, earning praise from basketball greats like Magic Johnson. Here’s what Coach Staley had to say about what’s next for this rising superstar as she embarks on her sophomore campaign.

🔼 Rookie At The Ready. The New Orleans Saints’ rookie minicamp is underway, and Spencer Rattler is doing Spencer Rattler things already. Our guy went 11-of-12 during 7-on-7 team drills over the weekend, and caught the eye of offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak:

“We like a lot of things about Spencer but the things that take no talent. To me, that’s his attention to detail. (That) really stuck out. His effort, his drive to be better. To me, that doesn’t take a whole lot of talent. It’s something that’s inside and he has that in spades.”

🔼 Closing It Out. The Gamecocks are back on the diamond for a three-game road series against top-ranked Tennessee to close out the regular season. Tonight’s game will get underway at 6:30pm ET on the SEC Network+ with Ty Good on the mound for the Garnet & Black.
