🔼 Year 2. Collin Murray-Boyles is coming off an impressive rookie season in the Garnet & Black, and his head coach knows he’s capable of even more in his sophomore campaign.

“They’re helping guys that are new to the program, even though, as young guys, they’re learning some things themselves,” Coach Paris said of CMB and fellow veteran Morris Ugusuk. “But they’re helping some guys, even some older guys that are new to the program, in terms of, ‘Hey, here’s what we do. When coach says this, he means that,’” Paris said. “Those things are really important.”

🔼 Academics & Sports. It’s been a great week for our Gamecock student-athletes off the track! Dylan Targgart earned First Team Academic All-American honors from College Sports Communicators, while Anass Essayi earned a spot on the Second Team.

For all of men’s Track & Field and Cross Country, Targgart earned Division 1 Academic All-America Team Member of the Year honors!
