🔼 He Came Back. Spencer Rattler’s decision to return to Columbia for the upcoming season is one that’ll have a big impact on the field for the Gamecocks this fall. Coach Beamer detailed how the hiring of OC Dowell Loggains played a big role in Rattler’s choice.

🔼 Catch Up. This week’s episode of the Keep’n It 9450: Codename WBB podcast features our very own Tiffany Mitchell as she joined the crew to talk about the gems Dawn Staley drops and their continued relationship as coach and mentor. Catch up with Tiffany here!

🔼 Top 25. ESPN’s list of the Top 25 best players in the WNBA this season features some familiar faces! A’ja Wilson checked in at No. 2, with Aliyah Boston coming in at No. 14 and Allisha Gray at No. 19!

On A’ja, ESPN says: “She is going for her third WNBA MVP award, which would put her in select company. Her blocked shots average and field goal percentage (53.2) are both the best of her WNBA career.”

The write-up for Aliyah is just as glowing: “The Fever believed Boston's game would translate well in the pros, but her rookie season has surpassed expectations. Her defense and ability to crash the glass continue to set her apart, and she's also leading the league in field goal percentage at 60.1%.”

And lastly, ESPN noted of Allisha: “Obtaining Gray was the Dream's biggest offseason move, and it has worked out well. “
