Break It Down. A shortened workweek calls for a shortened list of our favorite film room sessions! This week, we’re counting down the best spring film rooms as our Gamecock student-athletes and coaches joined us to break down key moments that often defined a season. Take a look:

No. 3: Meechie Johnson in the Film Room: For only the third time in program history, the Gamecocks went into Rupp Arena last season and came home with a win. Meechie Johnson tallied a career-high 26 points, highlighted by some ridiculous three-point shooting. Johnson stepped into the Film Room to talk about the historic win and break down his unforgettable performance.

No. 2: Coach Lembo - Top 5 Special Teams Plays of 2022: It was a wildly successful year for South Carolina special teams under Coach Pete Lembo, finishing among the best in the nation in almost every category. With so many stand-out plays from his unit this year, we take a look back at the five most impactful special teams plays of last season.

No. 1: Aliyah Boston in the Film Room: Aliyah Boston sat down in the Gamecocks Film Room as we took a look at how she continued to dominate during her senior season. Assistant Coach Fred Chmiel joined us to show how she managed to shine even with all the extra attention.
