🔼 Down Go The Tigers. That’s a win over Clemson for Gamecock volleyball! South Carolina took down the Tigers, 3-1, in Columbia last night, picking up a point in the SC Education Lottery Palmetto Series.

🔼 On To Kanas City. Darius Rush has a new home! Our former Gamecock is Kansas City-bound after the Chiefs claimed him off of waivers this week. If you haven’t yet heard Darius’ story, then give the first original film from Gamecocks+ a watch now.

🔼 Fresh Impact. Two South Carolina freshmen are already turning heads on the national radar. Wide receiver Nyck Harbor and linebacker Pup Howard both earned mention on the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award Watch List, which is given every year to the freshman who makes the biggest impact on and off the field on their teams through key traits like talent, character, ambassador, and legend.

🔼 Hoops Season. We’ve got great hoops news amidst all the excitement about South Carolina’s season opener on the gridiron! The men’s basketball non-conference schedule is out, and it’s packed full of battles to highlight with featured match-ups against Clemson, Virginia Tech, and Notre Dame. The season officially gets underway on November 6 against USC Upstate. Check out the full slate here.
