🔼In Good Hands. Redshirt-senior football player Alex “Boogie” Huntley has been nominated for the 2024 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team! The organization recognizes college football student-athletes for their commitment to community service. The 2023 team captain was a representative at SEC Media Day and has earned three SEC Academic Honor Roll honors. Additionally, he’s an active member in the community in the Midlands.

🔼Geez, Louise. All-American women’s golfer Louise Rydqvist won the prestigious Edith Cummings Munson Golf Award! She’s the first Gamecock in program history to win the award. The award goes to the upper classman student-athlete who is both a WGCA All-American and WGCA All-American Scholar.

🔼 Ready, Break. The 2024 All-Star Break is over and it’s time for Minor League Baseball to resume! Before the second half of the MiLB season begins, check out what the Gamecocks on the Farm have been up to.

🔼 On Holiday. The National Champion women’s basketball team is headed to Florida for the Elevance Health Women’s Fort Myers Tip-Off for Thanksgiving. Fans can come along with travel packages now available! Ticket packages will go on sale this fall. The Gamecocks will play Iowa State on November 28 on FOX at noon. On November 30, they’ll take on Purdue on the Women’s Sports Network.
