Welcome Home, Champions. Today, we’re throwing it back to a welcome home party fit for a queen -- or maybe a whole team of them!
The FAMS packed Colonial Life Arena to welcome back their national champions, and you could feel the love and energy from back in Cleveland. Hear from some of the most passionate Gamecock fans who couldn't wait to celebrate Dawn Staley and her team after their perfect season.

🔺 Five On It. Gamecock football landed five on Preseason All-SEC Teams!
Debo Williams, Raheim ‘Rocket’ Sanders, and Hunter Rogers landed on the Second Team. Tonka Hemingway and Nick Emmanwori made Third Team appearances. The Gamecocks were picked to finish 13th overall and received one vote to win the SEC Championship.

🔺 She Got Skills. What a weekend for Allisha Gray!
Not only did she make her second straight WNBA All-Star appearance, but the former Gamecock star became the first player in league history to win both the Skills Challenge and the 3-Point Contest in the same year.

🔺 Star Of The Stars. Gray wasn’t the only one with a big weekend with the Gamecocks having their fingerprints all over WNBA weekend. In Saturday’s thriller between Team USA and Team WNBA, A’ja Wilson was just one of three players to score 20+ in the game, finishing with 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting, including two from long range. She also added six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
