Tailgate Talks: First Day of Fall Camp. It's 147 degrees in Columbia and Garcia is late, which can only mean one thing: it's the first day of fall camp! For the pilot episode of our new podcast, Tailgate Talks, it only felt right to start this thing on the practice field during the Gamecock's first morning of camp. Join Patrick DiMarco and Stephen Garcia as they not only reminisce about their (much different) camp experiences but also take a look around the new facilities on campus and talk to a couple of leaders of the current Gamecock team, Boogie Huntley and Luke Doty.

🔺 Watch & Learn. Get ready for an exciting start to the 2024 women’s soccer season this Sunday! The Gamecocks are set to face off against Furman at 7 p.m. In the SEC's preseason coaches poll, South Carolina tied with Georgia for third in the conference. Last season, the Gamecocks had an impressive run, finishing second in the league and reaching the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

👀 Corinna Zullo, Hallie Meadows, Cat Barry, Gracie Falla, Reagan Schubach, and Brinley Murphy were named to the SEC Preseason Watchlist. Barry was also named to the United Coaches Preseason Watchlist for Forwards!

🔺 Let’s Play Two. The men’s soccer team is wrapping up the preseason with a pair of exhibition matches this week. They’ll play the College of Charleston tonight at 7 p.m. and Mercer on Saturday at 7 p.m. Both matches are at home and admission is free!

🔺 Locked & Loaded. Gear up for an exciting weekend as the Gamecock volleyball team takes the court for the Garnet and Black Scrimmage! This year’s team is full of veterans, led by head coach Tom Mendoza. Join us this Saturday at 5 p.m. at the Carolina Volleyball Center!
